A good roof inspection is not a sales pitch. It is a documented look at what the roof is doing, and it should leave you with a written answer.
What gets checked
Shingles or tile, flashing, valleys, pipe boots and vents, skylights, gutters, the condition of the decking where it can be seen, and signs of past leaks inside the home.
How long it takes
A typical single-family inspection does not take long, and you do not need to be on the roof or follow along. We coordinate a time that suits you.
What you should receive
Photos of what was found, a plain explanation of what has failed and what is fine, and a written estimate for repair or replacement, with no obligation.
How to prepare
Have any past repair paperwork, warranty details and insurance letters handy, and point out where you have seen stains or leaks inside.
What a fair inspection does not do
It does not push replacement when repair will do, and it does not leave you with a vague verbal verdict.
