What happens from call to warranty

Free inspection

A roofer walks the roof, photographs what they find and shows you the actual condition — decking, flashing, boots and covering.

Written estimate

You get a line-item estimate with the scope spelled out, no pressure and no obligation. Financing through Enhancify if you want it.

Permitted install

We pull the permit, our own crews do the work under a foreman, and the job is inspected by the county before it closes out.

Warranty in writing

Five-year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer warranty on materials, handed to you with the closed permit.

Which service do you need?

Which roofing service do I actually need?

Start with a free inspection — it tells you whether the roof needs a repair, a section rebuilt or a full replacement. Isolated leaks around flashing, boots or a handful of shingles are repairs. Widespread granule loss, repeated leaks in different areas or a roof past 18–20 years usually points to replacement.

Is it cheaper to repair or replace a roof?

A repair is always cheaper up front, and it is the right call when the roof is otherwise sound and the damage is localized. Replacement wins when repairs keep repeating or the system has reached the end of its service life, because you stop paying twice for the same leak.

Do you handle insurance work?

Yes. We photograph and document storm damage, provide a line-item estimate and meet your adjuster on the roof so nothing is missed. We do not decide the claim, but we make sure the damage is properly evidenced.

Do you charge for an inspection or estimate?

No. Inspections and written estimates are free across all seven counties we serve, including post-storm damage assessments. You get the findings in writing whether or not you hire us.

What warranty comes with your work?

Every roof carries a five-year workmanship warranty in writing, on top of the manufacturer's material warranty. Repairs are warrantied too — if the leak returns to the same spot, we come back.
